Moo & Lou Frozen Treats is a family-owned business based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We started Moo & Lou's after realizing that our non-profit, Maddie Smiles INC,  couldn't continue to hire a frozen treat truck every year for our annual Act of Kindness Day, a day dedicated to spreading smiles and free snow cones in memory of our angel, Maddie "Moo".

Maddie Moo was only 19 when she passed away unexpectedly due to complications from gallbladder surgery at Riley Hospital.  She was, and continues to be, our Angel.  We honor Maddie Moo's memory through acts of kindness. Moo & Lou Frozen Treats is another side of what we like to do. It's also a way for us to spread smiles by serving yummy treats! 

Lacy 'Lou' is Maddie's sister and most likely the face you'll see in the window, or in the brick-and-mortar when getting your treats! 

Our brand new shop is a fun, cute, uplifting environment. We want it to be an experience, a place to make memories with family and friends! :)
