What we're looking for:
*Provide friendly, welcoming and attentive customer service
*Enjoy interacting with customers of all ages
*Work well as part of a team and be willing to help wherever needed
*Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
*Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Follow directions and complete assigned tasks
*Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming throughout shift
*Maintain clean work areas and follow food-service cleanliness practices
*Maintain positive attitude, even during busy or stressful moments
*Take pride in representing Moo & Lou and creating a great experience for customers

Job Responsibilities:
Team members may be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout their shift, including:
*Greeting customers and taking orders
*Scooping and serving
*Preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and other menu items
*Operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash/card transactions
*Answering customer questions about menu and flavors
*Keeping work areas clean
*Washing dishes and completing cleaning duties
*Restocking supplies and maintain organized work space
*Following opening and closing procedures
*Working together with other team members during busy rushes

Availability Requirements:
We are looking for team members:
*Weekday Availability
*Evening Availability
*Weekend Availability is required
*Availability to work some holidays may be needed
*Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on business needs

Because our busiest times can vary depending on season, weather, weekends, and special events, flexibility and reliability are important.

What Matters Most to Us:
You don't have to know everything about working in an ice cream shop when you walk through our doors. We can teach you the Moo & Lou way!

What we can't teach easily is having a good attitude, being dependable, treating people with kindness, and being willing to work hard.
